Return and Exchange Policy

POLICIES

We meticulously prepare all our models and present them for your appreciation. We hope you enjoy wearing them. However, if your preferences change, you can request a free return or exchange within 14 business days from the delivery date.

Products you wish to return or exchange must be unworn; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange. Products must be sent to us in their original box and packaging.

Unfortunately, if you exceed the return and exchange period, no action can be taken.

Regarding your order for which you wish to make a return or exchange; it is sufficient to send an email to info@jabotter.com with your order number and the reason.

If you wish, you can also reach us via WhatsApp at +90 850 888 00 12. We will provide you with a shipping code for free delivery.

The final stage in the return or exchange process is for our quality control unit to inspect the shipment upon receipt and then provide you with positive or negative feedback.

For returns, it may take up to 14 business days for your money to be credited to your bank account.

DELIVERY

www.jabotter.com orders typically take 2-3 business days to prepare.

This period may be extended depending on product stock availability.

For orders placed after 09:00 AM, the first preparation day is the day after the order was placed.

Delivery time for long-distance orders throughout Turkey may vary depending on how often the cargo company visits the region.

For international orders, we partner with DHL for delivery.

Delivery time is 3-10 business days. It may vary depending on your country and region.

We do our best to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your order, it is sufficient to send an email to info@jabotter.com with your order number and the reason.

If you wish, you can also reach us via WhatsApp at +90 850 888 00 12. We will provide you with a shipping code for free delivery. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

However, if you request a refund after an exchange, the exchange shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We kindly ask you to consider this.

LATE RETURNS AND INCOMPLETE REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after it has been approved, please first check your bank account. Then, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank, considering that some processing times may be required for the refund to be officially posted.

If you still haven't received your refund after these steps, please do not hesitate to contact us via email so we can investigate further.

RETURN SHIPPING

We provide free return codes for all orders across Turkey and partner with Yurtiçi Kargo for delivery.

You must send the product to us using the return code provided.

All shipments sent cash on delivery from a non-contracted cargo company will be rejected by us.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made online cannot be processed in-store. Please contact our customer service to request a return or inquire about an exchange. You can send the product with the return code that will be provided to you.

If you choose to return your product(s) via a courier or shipping company of your choice, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

In the event that orders including products offered as a gift or additional products provided as part of a campaign are returned, the gift/campaign products must also be returned complete, unused, and in resalable condition.
If the gift or campaign product is not returned, is returned incomplete, or is used, the initial sale price of the relevant product on the return date will be deducted from the refund amount.

There is no return service for international orders.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION


For custom-made shoes prepared according to your taste, there is no right to return or exchange as they are specially designed and produced for an individual. According to consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products.


However, if the product is faulty or defective, you can cancel your order or request a free repair for production-related issues to rectify the defect.


In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact us within 5 days from the date you received the product. If, as a result of a detailed inspection, the product is found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued, or a flawless product will be delivered to you through reproduction. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to provide you with the best service.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, return and exchange services are not available for international orders. However, if our valued customer visits Turkey in the near future, we can assist with an exchange at our store within 60 business days.

Please note that products you wish to return or exchange must be unworn; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange. Products must be brought to us in their original box and packaging.
