Return and Exchange Policy
POLICIES
We carefully prepare all our models for you and present them for your approval. We hope you will enjoy wearing them. However, if your preferences change, you can request a free return or exchange within 14 business days from the delivery date.
Items you wish to return or exchange must be unworn; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. Items must be sent to us in their original box and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns and exchanges if you have exceeded the deadline.
To return or exchange your order, simply send an email to info@jabotter.com including your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
You can also contact us via WhatsApp at +90 850 888 00 12. We will send you a shipping code for free delivery.
The final stage in the return or exchange process is when our quality control unit inspects the package upon receipt and contacts you with a decision, whether positive or negative.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be credited to your bank account.
DELIVERY
Orders placed through www.jabotter.com have a preparation time of 2-3 business days.
This period may be extended depending on product availability.
For orders placed after 09:00, the first preparation day is the day after the order is placed.
Delivery times for long-distance orders throughout Türkiye may vary depending on how frequently the shipping company visits the region.
We partner with DHL for international orders.
Delivery time is 3-10 business days. This may vary depending on your country and region.
We do our best to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
CHANGES
If you wish to change your order, simply send an email to info@jabotter.com with your order number and the reason for the change.
You can also reach us via WhatsApp at +90 850 888 00 12. We will send you a shipping code for free delivery. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
However, if you request a refund after the exchange process, the exchange shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please take this into consideration.
LATE RETURNS AND INCOMPLETE RETURNS
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of your return being approved, please check your bank account first. Then, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank, keeping in mind that it may take some processing time for the refund to be officially released.
If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, please feel free to contact us via email so we can investigate further.
RETURN SHIPPING
We provide free return codes for all orders throughout Turkey and partner with Yurtiçi Kargo for delivery.
You need to send the item back to us using the return code that was sent to you.
All shipments sent via a non-contracted shipping company with payment on delivery will be rejected by us.
Returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed in-store. Please contact our customer service to request a return or exchange. You can then use the return code provided to ship the item.
If you choose to return your item(s) to us via your chosen courier or shipping company, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
Returns are not available for international orders.

CUSTOM MADE
Custom-made shoes, prepared specifically to your taste, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized design and production. According to consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products.
However, if the product is defective or faulty, you can cancel your order or request a free repair to remedy manufacturing defects.
In such cases, we kindly request that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. If a detailed inspection reveals the product to be defective, a full refund will be issued, or a flawless replacement will be manufactured and delivered to you. We value customer satisfaction and are here to provide you with the best service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed from abroad. However, if our valued customer is visiting Türkiye in the near future, we can assist you with an exchange at our store within 60 business days.
