FROM THE WORKSHOP

It is produced by hand.

Jabotter shoes are handcrafted by our artisans in our own workshop; they are carefully made with premium materials.
We select our materials from reliable suppliers, ensuring high quality standards, and we value a responsible approach to production. Luxury and delicate materials may show signs of natural wear and tear over time; weather conditions, friction, and other external factors can cause wear and tear. Therefore, we recommend using, maintaining, and storing your shoes correctly.
We place great importance on our customer service and maintenance & repair support; we are happy to assist you with any questions or needs you may have.

AFTERCARE

Storage Recommendations

Store your Jabotter shoes in their original dust bags and boxes to protect them from dust and light. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid contact with oils, solvents, and alcohol-based products. Jabotter cannot be held liable for damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or repairs performed by third parties.

Leather (Calf, Embossed, Nappa)

Leather shoes (calfskin, embossed, nappa) stand out with their silky softness and fine-grained texture. This material is flexible and durable, but care should be taken when choosing shoe size as it can stretch over time. You can use a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth to remove dirt, and gently polish with a cotton cloth to restore the shine. Nappa leather is made from sheepskin; it quickly adapts to the foot and therefore offers a very comfortable fit. Since all types of leather are porous, it is necessary to avoid oily creams or moisturizers; such products can leave permanent stains on the leather. Embossed leather has a patterned surface; it is important to preserve the pattern by avoiding excessive friction, and again, oily creams should be avoided.

SUEDE

Suede is made from aniline leather, which retains its natural surface, and because it lacks a protective coating, its texture is soft and supple. This property causes suede, especially in lighter colors, to absorb water and stains quickly; it should be kept away from wet or damp surfaces. Since deep water stains can be permanent, it is recommended to use a suitable suede protector spray before wearing the shoe and to gently brush it with a quality suede brush for regular maintenance.

Patent Leather (Patent)

Patent leather is a high-gloss finish achieved by coating soft calfskin with a mixture of acrylic and polyurethane. This glossy surface can become dull over time, especially when exposed to alcohol or harsh chemicals. You can gently wipe away light dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Since patent leather absorbs inks and pigments quickly, avoid contact with dark-colored fabrics and maintain its shine by storing your shoes in a box or dust bag.

Satin

Satin is a lustrous and elegant fabric woven from a blend of silk and viscose. This material offers a smooth surface that allows for sculptural forms. Because the surface can easily pull and wear, excessive friction should be avoided; damage that occurs is difficult to repair. The best protection method is to apply a suitable spray protector to the upper surface of satin shoes and wipe away loose dirt with a soft, dry cloth. Especially with light-colored satins, storing the shoes in their dust bag will prevent color transfer and staining.

Tweed

Tweed is a fabric woven from wool or wool blend yarns, with a slightly fluffy surface. Because this material is sensitive to friction and stretching, shoes should be cleaned gently using a soft brush or cloth. It's important to avoid direct exposure to water and the use of strong chemicals to prevent stains from deepening. For long-lasting protection, you can apply a suitable fabric protector spray and store your shoes in their original dust bag to prevent fabric deformation.
